Poor service delivery intellicell

Poor customer service. 4 days to receive your handset and according to them thats fast. Seriously?!

One contract upgraded october 2018 and a new contract in December 2018

According to their records i took both in 2019!? I was told i would receive proof of this. Still waiting!?
