POOR SERVICE

My contract has ended and been paid up but they still have not closed my account as requested .There is still a balance outstanding on my credit report ,but their sent me a zero balance statement .They are still in charge of a phone i fully paid for ,i am not able to do anything on my phone .poor customer service quality :-(
