POOR SERVICE AND VERY RUDE AND BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

this people's service is very poor and the very rude when the customer speaks to them i app**** for a phone contract with them and they delivered a wrong phone and the following day i contacted the to cancel the contract and i was asked to pay close to R2000 for cancellation for a phone that i didn't have it even for 24 hours then i had to pay R400 to exchange the phone now i receive 3 sms saying my phone will be delivered today but when i call intellicell and their ccd couriers they all don't give me answers all the do is to be rude to me and drop the phone especially the lady by the name of Clara i would advise other customers not to buy from this company because they might experience same experience that i am busy experiencing with poor service , now i regret myself big time
