Poor service and stilling peoples money via un authorized debit order

no respond from previous email, still no respond from this third email, i also called yesterday where i spend 50.85c and spoke to Thembani from finance department and he confirmed that he will request this debit to be stop There after you initiated the debit order for R239 to my bank account without my concern and no one is giving explanation from your site about it today I called in transferred to several people and told that my account is with ASANDA and I must hold on to speak with here, the call went back to the second lady and she asked me the reason of the call, I did explain and asked to be put on hold as she wanted to investigate, the call cut off from her site and with all this no one called me back, I used R173 to day for that call and still no help if i get the access to revers this money will do so but if i cant you will revers my money back with the legal cost as i don't have any owing account with you. someone must call me and give proper answers *** : my id ***
