poor service and false promises

<p>so i am still waiting on a call from a supervisor in the confirmation departments...R300 admin fee was deducted on the 24/06/2016 and now im still waiting on when im getting my phone...when ever i phone i use money to buy airtime and no one calls me back..i was told on friday that my handset will delivered this week but nothing yet...always the same excuse that they cant get hold of my employer for confirmation...my application was done 2 weeks before the 24/06/2016 and they have recieved all my documents why not do the work confirmation then???</p>
