Poor Service

Intellicell extremely poor service! I took a second contract with them. Then I had some difficulty because of work during this time. They sent me message that they will be picking up my phone.. I phoned them to make arrangements for payment. The lady accepted payment but she blocked my phone leaving only to make and receive calls. I phoned the same lady again to ask to assist me but she refused. They have no compassion on anyone during this trying time. I am very disappointed with them . By them not responding to this review shows what kind of company they are!
