Poor service

So today an appointment was scheduled for the deluvery of my cell phone and an AEDO swipe with my debit card ... driver can not deliver because his machine for the swipe is not working now i must wait for a consultant to phone me to reschedule this ... am i going to wait now another week again for this ....
