POOR service

I am Nolubabalo Tshaka , I and my mother are not happy with their service.

My phone is faulty and I have to pay R300.00 to be courier back to them to be fixed , and this a contract phone they doing monthly deductions on a phone that I am not using.

my mother Nomfuzo Tshaka , she didnt pay 1 monthly instalment on one contract phone , Intellicell blocked all her cellphones , she took from them even the ones she fully paid ,
