Poor service

I have app**** for a phone and have paid already my fee on the 10th of September 2024. They have promised delivery between 5 - 7 working days. Already 3 weeks later and now they told me they are waiting for stock. The don't answer any calls, or WhatsApp's, or emails either, so how must we resolve the problem with no after-service?
