Poor service

Pathetic service, they do not call clients when requested to, I spoke to them numerous times on WhatsApp and asked them to debit as sometimes we get paid early, they keep saying someone will call but they do not and then when they do not end up getting payment they block the phone within the same day as if the person is running away and act like we never tried calling them. Then they phone and send sms's as if they cannot speak English properly.

Poor pathetic service, the consultants are rude and need training on customer service.
