Pathetic service from lady called Carelze at Intellicel account department

Wow I never spoke to someone so rude as the lady called Carelze from account dept at intellcell ..i was explaining my issue she raised voice on me ; if i asked why she is raising voice on me she just dropped by transferring me to someone without telling me wow what a pathetic individual on customer service ; thanks my contract is coming to an end next month June......i wont have to deal with such rude disrespectful people again
