Pathetic service from Intellicel

I app**** for a contract and it has been approved. Numerous times the promise was made that once the admin fee is paid I will receive my device, It is already two weeks later and they keep saying they don't have stock and want to smear a lower quality device off on me. This is pathetic service. And since they took my money I can't cancel the contract otherwise I lose my money
