I am extremely upset that, despite having made an EFT payment and an arrangement, a debit order was still processed on my account. This has now placed my account in a negative balance, leaving me unable to use it.

What makes the situation worse is that my messages regarding this matter have been ignored. It is unacceptable that money can be taken so quickly, yet no immediate action is taken to correct such mistakes.

I expect this issue to be rectified without delay and a proper note placed on my profile to ensure it does not happen again.
