pathetic customer service

i've never had such bad service and disrepect from this company. i ghad requested my account to be debited on the 1st of every month reason for that i was told they cannot debit from a discovery bank account. I had money on my account the whole of that week but they did not debit. they decided to lock my phone on the 31 st , called them same as i was asisted by the meantst agent by the name of Bulelwa , she is sooo rude , from her tone to her attitude , i have never felt so small ever , why would i lie if i depend on the device to be able to WFH.
