Pathetic and ***********

I called intellicell 4 times today to ask for my contract summary, i first spoke to a lady called Andiswa and she promised to send it to me via email, i waited for the email and nothing. after an hour i called again spoke to another lady forgot her name. She told me that Andiswa is on lunch and she will assist me. I had to phone that lady twice and still did not get assistance, I then phoned and spoke to a lady called Clara Katumba who was so disgusting, ****y and arrogant when she spoke to me and she claimed that she is a supervisor, i was so dissapointed with the way she spoke to me, she sounded *********** and i still have not received what i requested. i pay those people every month and i receive this pathetic service and thats not fair
