Past Pathetic

February 2019 I upgraded with Intellicell. on 8 May 2019 the NEW phone - a Sony Ericson - broke. They (Intellicell) collected the phone, NO replacement phone - extra cost for me!!! When I wanted an updated on Monday 24 JUNE!!!! 2019, there is just no feedback. BUT I still have to pay for a phone I DO NOT HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
