NO SERVICE DELIVERY AT ALL - EMPTY PROMISES

I app**** for a phone on 9 April 2018 and all the necessary checks were done and the phone was finally approved. Nawaal Davids was dealing with my application and said I will be getting an sms from their couriers (CCD) for the them to deliver the phone. It has been now a full week and still no sms of delivery of the phone. When I called one of their consultants she told me I must just be patient and I asked her for how long and she said she does not know. I am really disappointed with their service and they don't call and let you know of the status of the application or if there's a delay.
