Name: Maurice Roelfse Company Reviewing: Intellicel Title: BAD SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT I am writing this review as a very humble person that can take a lot before I get frustrated. THis company, their customer service and accounts department is *********** to say the least. They locked my device after proof of payment was sent to them and acknowledgement was received from them that they have received it and was sent to the relevant department. I had to stay on multiple calls each for over an hour without any assistance received from them. Now when asking who this person was who acknowledged the receipt of my Proof of Payment, I am put on hold again as I need someone to take accountability. I want disciplinary action to be taken against this person and I want to know what the outcome of the disciplinary action is. I had to sit 2 days without access to my device that was only unlocked by them now at this very moment only.
