Worst service ever!!!!got debited 19/01/24 then again 20/01/24 mind u i have 2 cellphones with them....everytime i call i get told only the 20th is showing i must send my bank statement so i did now i must wait till it shows on their side funny thing is the 20th deduction shows but not the 19th wow and the agent i spoke to this morning dropped the call in my hear after being very rude.....please train them properly because thats not how things get done!!!! Am i mad to pay 2 deals twice in one month now im short on rent because of u n i have to wait!!!! I will go as far as to the ombudsman for this Sh!! if i knew i would never have taken a phone with you
