Multiple Deductions Each Month

I have requested why there was multiple deductions from my bank account for the last 3 months and the only answer I get is that a statement was sent to me on 29 August and then again on 31 August which I did not receive, what is worse is that new debi checks has been loaded to my bank account in July which I did not even authorize. Your helpdesk staff is useless to say the least, no name even as to who you are dealing with when emails get sent back.
