*******ly debited my account and refuse to refund me

Im extremely disappointed in the lack of interest in assisting me with my query – I don’t see how its fair that they are not willing to assist me with my refund or even to make an exception. In my opion I updated my contract which I have been paying for but because I did not PHONE in to advise of this I am being disadvantaged. I am paying for a service that I have not received!!!! I received a request for a debicheck which i declined as my contract was coming to an end and i had already upgraded? That is surely not legal? It has left a very bitter taste in my mouth!!!!! I no longer wish to have any dealing with Intellicell
