Irate ****ed off

This company is ****************. my application was declined but yet they are authorizing a debit order .at no time on the call did the consultant say the once off fee is for admin vetting and fro credit check bt wen I called this morning the customer service adv agent me it's for those fees.imagin wat nonsense is this u go to any store and u dnt pay for those kind of fees.how cn a business run like this they are ***** ******** refusing to cancel my debit order I'm very mad unacceptable agent also adv me no manager or supervisor on duty whom I could speak to wat utter ****
