Intellicell rude customer care consultants

I had the most awful experience with Bulelwa - Accounts Division. She was very abrupt on the phone and when i asked to speak to a manager or team leader she refused to put me through to them. When i asked for a reference for the call she advised that there was not any??????? This young lady needs serious customer care training!!!!!!

And I hope a manager of some sort will contact me on *** to have this issue resolved, there are tons and tons of people seeking employment, HIRE the correct people and not RUDE idiots like this lady.
