Intellicell number 1 at being last with customer service

If I could I would rate this company with negative stars, the call center agent who is apparently working at customer service obviously has no idea what the **** customer service means, as she throws the phone down on a customer, and when I called back to lodge a complaint against her unprofessional behavior her colleagues said they said that there are no team leaders at the call center. After logging onto HelloPeter I'm not surprised with their 1 star reputation. They need to start getting rid of the dead weight they are busy supporting by allowing this *** service and start looking after their reputation. Its obvious they don't give a **** though.
