Intellicell no service

I took out an contract with intellicell about 7 months back so then around 2 months back ive app**** again for a second contract with them so they phoned me and told me that i can only apply again after 6 months so i can apply on the 1ste of November 2018 again so on the 2nd of November 2018 i app**** again so now they tell me i can only apply the 1ste of December 2018. So why are they waisting my time so now i wont use intellicell ever again they do not know what is going on in there bussiness because one says this and the other one says that. Good bye intellicell will not deal with you again and i will recommend new clients to stay away
