Intellicell is a *****ed company

These people I begged them for a statement for the whole year, they use what they only show invoices and payments, no pending or closing balances. When you ask how much you owe, they confirm it over the phone - strange. Now after a year they lock the device and say something happened on my account and I must agree to just pay it they will unlock the phone. When I say they must give me guidance how to return their device, they hang up. I am in the process of reporting them to the authorities, should it happen they debit me end of the month. Also they delete comments on their Facebook for all those who expose them.
