Intellicell is a company that rips people off!!!

I took out a cellphone contract with Intellicell in the 5th December 2019. Phone was delivered by the end 2th but then I contacted them the next day to let them know the phone is not going on I was told that it's software and they will collect. I asked them to give me a different phone I was told they don't swop I then opted to cancel they told me that it will cost R1200 with no option they collected the phone and debited my account in December admin and contract money. It is now 15th January 2020 8 haven't had any communication from them and fear being charged for something I don't have.
