Intellicell *********** and dishonest

Intellicell have been putting a debit order through a bank account twice a month for the past year even though the debit order has been stopped. As the bank account hasn't been used for months we didn't know that they just ignored the request to stop the debit order and have been running up the bank charges. I think they are just plain dishonest and completely *********** because they should have contacted us after the first debit order was returned. Not just put it through twice each and every month.
