Intellicell DAY LIGHT *******

I got a call from a lady called Zizipho from Intellicell. She asked for my banking details I asked why because I don't know if I will accept their offer or not she said they need to verify my details. I said okay. She said they will be a once-off amount of r149.99 + the contract money, I said okay and asked for an email with everything she read out to me so I can re-read, I never received that email. A second person called I asked them to email me no-one did. The last guy called me and I said I am not willing to R350.00 for a Y5 Huawei phone, I asked him to close the call he said fine. An amount R149.99 went off on my account, I called Intellicell now. A lady said the amount deducted is irreversible, I am charged because they called me and checked if I qualify for a cellphone, really? Why do I feel like that is *******, she then said she will not explain anything to me but to speak to the initial agent and she got annoyed when I stopped her to understand. How do you charge a person for checking if they qualify for a phone or not? Where is my email I asked for? Intellicell I want my money back, you have no integrity and I would never ever recommend you and your stuff just want to make money. I'm disappointed in you robbing people in these tough times.
