intellicell blind eye, no good

poor !!!! poor!!!! Service took out contract on line and the phone is faulty, when dailing the dailing pad goes black. so when you call someone you cant hang up when there is no answer so your airtime runs out. ive explained this since beginning of December. they refuse to help in any way, just turn a blind eye. will never make use of them again. plus expensive contracts. stay away
