intellicell and vodacom *****ing

Im not quite sure who this company is but in the end of the day they done a debit order on my account..... I do not have a contract with them.... I phoned to find out what is going on and how this happened they couldn't tell me they said they will reverse it but nothing has been done until now.... I do know they are in partnership with vodacom and as far as I know its ******* to take money from someone's account if its not authorized THAT IS *****ING AND *****
