Intellicell

I renewed my contract with Intellicell 2 years ago . Which was not that first time I took a contract with them .And I payed all of my installments..my contract was supposed to end at the end of September. According to my knowledge. They asked if I wanted to renew the contract I said no via Whatsapp.. the following month I did not pay because I knew my contact had ended . SUDDENLY my cellphone was blocked ..When I called in they said I should have informed them that I wanted to cancel two months ago .mind you me .. I was never informed about this when I took the contract 4 years ago .. they took 2 installments last month without my approval. I left it like that .. then again this.montb they decided to take money from my account again .THESE THEIVES ... I called again asking th why are they taking monet from my account yet I don't have a contract it's cancelled . They promised to refund me .. I have not received my money .. This company is really robbing people. They are so desperate for money that they will go to any lengths to ***** from people. WHY ARE YOU TAKINV MONEY FROM SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU .. THIS IS SERIOUSLY SAD IN THIS ECONOMY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INTELLICELL TO ANYBODY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES ..I
