Intellicell

Ive got an contract with Intellicell and ive got it now 3 months. So when i got the phone for 2 months i went back to their website to apply again for a second contract with them then the website throws out with this id number i can only apply again in 3 months time so this month it was 3 months so i app**** again everything went threw send 3 months bank statements again so its been a few days that i did not get a respond from Intellicell. So ive send them an email to ask what is the outcome. So they send me an email back to tell me i can only apply after 6 months for a contract so why cant they tell you on the website because the website tells you 3months not 6
