Signed up for a 24 month cellphone contract. As the contract term is 24 months when the contract is to expire Intellicell did not notify me of the impending expiry date.

And they continue to invoice my account. In addition Intellicell did not send statements to me as I would have noticed this on the first month of the invoice billed after the expiry date.
