Intellicel is the worst ever company

This Intellicell is the worst ever cell phone contract company . I have been paying them for two years for a contract phone, when I was finished with my first phone with them they called me to say that my contract is due for an upgrade I took the new phone, just now one installment according to them didn't go off they locked my new phone and all my personal stuff like my banking is on that phone .Now I have to pay my one month installment plus an additional R300 for them to unlock my phone, I am so frustrated with this low standard company and want to cancel the new phone but for that I must pay R8000 for a R2999 phone . What can I do because I don't want to do business with them any more , I need some consumer advise and help .
