I bought a contract phone from them and when I called them to report the phone that the part where i need to insert my simcard its not opening, their response was I should take the phone to vodacare as most of their clients does that, then was question was if I take the phone to vodacare at whose expense and Iwas told that at my expense,Im not happ with the company because they dont take good care of their clients now im sitting with a Toy phone, worse part I took a contract phone cause of business purpose so now im loosing jobs because of this thing
