Service is very poor my husband put another sim card in his phone and they have blocked his phone some anti hijacking system bull**** because when he phoned them they couldn't fix his phone over the phone he was told to deposit R300.00 into there account and send proof of payment which he has done then he was told they will send a courier service to collect the phone and they will have the phone fixed and then send it back once phone is fixed.... it has been over a month now and still no one has picked the phone up i don't see why they cannot reset the phone on there side but ja i am ****ed off as he needs his phone for work every time he phones them they have some excuse and they still have not fetched the phone but it is ok he must still pay for the phone come month end how can one pay for something that is broken very ****ed off as he needs his phone for work!!!!!
