incompetency from Intellicell

I am soo ****ed at intellicell, they have no customer service at all, and their agents are just a bunch of useless agents who cant even troubleshoot a device, i have contacted intellicell informing them of the issues i am experiencing with my phone, i first usd that whatsapp chat service of them which is a total waste of time, and i couldnt get any help from them all they could tell me is that an agen will call me , my matter has been escalated, no one call i had to call them myself for more than once, or twice, but till this date i am still unable to use my phone, and yet they are so quick to lock the phone should they not get paid, i wanna see them trying t debit my account while they cant sort out my issues with my phone, i have told them i wil escalate this furthur and still i have not heard from them at all. if im not helped by end of business day today i am escalating the matter to ICASA and any other complaints channel .
