I called the 30 of March16, told the agent i want to cancel I see a way much cheaper deal on my network providers site and I felt their deal is 180% more cheaper. she said she would notify the sales agent to call me and cancel. I never received a call. on the 31 March16 I received a debit order notice that they deducted rR300. I immediately called to inform them that I wanted to cancel and was told even though I did not send OR sign anything OR receive any product from them, they will not refund the money taken from my account. they are robbing people left right and centre and they are raking in thousands of rands in this way by doing this. I want my money back as I did call in advance to cancel and I didnt receive any product from them! i was told by Ondela that management will call me back. I DEMAND A REFUND IMMIDIATELY TODAY
