I want my money back

This message is for Co Owner Kevin Joffe. As your company is very discreet with giving out information. I have been emailing and calling for a month begging for a refund because they deducted from the wrong account. The account they used is my savings for a LLETZ operation as I have CIN3 which is pre cervical cancer. I have sent my report to them and all they say is someone will get back to me. You people are ****ing disgusting and if I miss my appointment because of this I am going to take legal action because you are ***ing with my life. I do not want to speak to your Attorney Soraya as she also promised me a refund 3 weeks ago and now changed her tune. I have every email every call on record and am not afraid to take this further. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
