I had a 24 month contract with them and lost my job in June as I worked for travel sector however I was told I was still liable for the full 24 month and October 2021 was my last payment

I had a 24 month contract with them and lost my job in June as I worked for travel sector however I was told I was still liable for the full 24 month and October 2021 was my last payment. This month they debit my bank account again. I called in and they told me I'm in credit and no reason as to why they debit my account however it looks like I now took out another contract which I clear said No to as I am unemployed and I get monies from my family for my meds. They sent me an email stating October 2021 was my last payment but stole money I need and I called in and they have not refunded my money. I'm going to be taking this further as I needed that money for my chronic meds and the had no right to take it from my account as I settle all the money they as for. I have all the documents. ******* return my money and I will never recommend or do business with yourll again.
