I AM PAYING FOR A TABLET THAT NEVER WORKED

Dont buy phones from this company.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unresolved issue with my tablet.

I have been paying for a device that has never worked. I was instructed to take it to the nearest Vodacom shop for repairs and to call while there, which I did. Unfortunately, nobody responded to my calls. Later, I was contacted by a consultant who spoke to me in a very rude and bullying manner.

As it stands, I am still paying for a tablet that I do not have and cannot use. This situation is unacceptable.
