how do you allocate my cell number to another person

I've been trying to get my number back for the last two week, all they say is that the number has been allocated to the started pack and they will investigate.

please cancel my contract and just give me my number back. I've never had this problem with Vodacom directly. I am so upset I cant even make calls or receive any since I had to go for a simswap
