Horrific Service

I had the worst experience with this company, My cellphone was delivered to me today but because my Salary gets paid into a pocket account which they have verified by the way I could not receive my package. They have no other solutions and the company is based on a 1 track minded policy, the lack of assistance is disgraceful. There is no such thing as going the extra mile for the client when dealing with them, no empathy at all. They have no intention of keeping clients happy.
