Horrible service and we want our money back

Horrible service I wouldnt even wanna give a star so my husband took out the contact for me 2 years ago and they been debiting 2times a week for several months where they were supposed to do it once a week Secondly the contract done in May but they still debiting 2 times a week we called then they are so rude and unprofessional over the phone if you want to take out a contact phone don't ever use these people they are so unprofessional and rude speak to us inappropriate ways and when we ask for our money back they don't answer we've paid over 10k for a phone that's not even working no more.
