Horrible service

I must say the service I have received the last few days has been **********! From consultant to supervisor. I called in Saturday and your emails weren't working so my query could not be sorted and was promised that it will be by Monday. I then have to call in again today to follow up and it was simply not done, this is after being transferred from one consultant to another without any explanation. Oh and my query has only been executed now and I have to wait 24-48hrs for it to be sorted!
