Harassing a client will not change their mind about upgrading

Clients Beware of Intellicell, once your contract has ended, they will call you every hour every day and e-mail and harass you to request an upgrade. My contract with them ended in January 2025 and I did not want an upgrade. I have since January been e-mailing them and keep telling their tellesales people and their supervisors and managers that they must stop contacting me, yet they still continue to contact me daily. When your contract ends, Intellicell will continue deducting the debit order until the client sends a written request to cancel the contract, and will not refund any amounts deducted. They even sent me a text to say I would not qualify for an upgrade, yet they still deducted after the term and refuse to refund me. And they refuse to stop contacting me to upgrade
