Great service, delivery and friendly staff

Everybody complains about Intellicell and staff but honestly, is it not because your (the complainant) attitudes are rotten when you call them? Even though I thought more installments were taken than it should have been, I have reviewed my bank statement and noticed I was wrong and advised and apologised to them per e-mail accordingly, I even received a courtesy call afterwards. Thank you for the friendly staff that assisted me, your service is excellent. Thank you for understanding when I was unemployed and not taking all the arrears installments when I got employed again. You are great. Honestly people, check your attitude before you complain.
