I had Excellent Service from Intellicell. I was scared when i saw all the reviews and that We have to pay Admin Fee upfront, But Intellicell Send me Device same day i paid to CCD Couriers. The Process took 3 working Days from applying to be accepted :-) I am very happy Guys.
