finally a service worst than Telkom

I dont even know why im still posting this since the client never even respond to any of the complaints on here ! But this is official by far the worst company to make business with ,ever!! i can officially say they are now worst than telkom. They take your money but dont deliver a service- they blocked my handset i paid for the collections to have them fix it yet nothing it has been 7 days - i have called them so much and sent so many emails i am close to cancelling but they are charging me a penalty of R7000 that i first need to pay before they cancel- this is just utterly ridiculous they should not even be trading as a company
